Could not be happier with the interactions and results

Dr. Emer performed hi-def liposuction, ab etching and a fat transfer on me in December of 2021. I have always been athletic and fairly fit with a decent diet but I have never been able to look truly defined and as I have gotten older it has only become harder. I reached out to Dr. Emer based upon the different videos I watched on his YouTube channel. Because of these videos, there was never another surgeon that I even considered to assist me because his videos were so thorough and his explanations about what he was doing and why he was doing it in each of the videos were so clear that for me, he was THE only option. As a black male, I also had concerns about his ability to understand my skin and the way it could scar but in addition to his videos, which showcased several people of color, he also put me at ease with clear answers during both our online and in person consultation. He is extremely careful and has you go through a health screen which requires a doctors sign off before he will operate on you. His office and working areas are modern, nice and clean. He requires that you go through a full on aftercare process (which is an additional cost you should ask about during your consultation) but is well worth it and necessary to heal properly. His aftercare nurse Ms. Rose, was amazing. His staff that helped get me set up for the surgery, Ryvette and others, were amazing. The lymphatic masseuse, Rob was always a bright spot. His technique and demeanor were very calming during those first days after the surgery. Teresa was great in helping with the hyperbaric oxygen chamber and getting me bandaged daily. Upon going through aftercare he and his staff were always available for any questions or follow ups that I needed, even months later. His social media coordinator Jordan, is awesome and to this day still consistently follows up with me on progress. All in all, this was such a great experience and I could not be happier with the interactions and results. I would recommend Dr. Emer to anyone looking to get this type of work done.
