HeySilkySkin - At Home Laser Hair Removal Device - Burned my Skin

I purchased the at-home laser hair removal device called HeySilkySkin. I used it on the lower settings for a year before trying to go up to the highest according to their instructions in the packet. I had no sun exposure since it was still early May this year.

The device burned my skin and has left marks all over my previously beautiful legs. I contacted their customer service and have not gotten a response. I just want to make sure this device is taken off the market so others do not suffer.

They use targeted ads all over Facebook and Instagram selling this as a SAFE device which it is clearly not.
