What criteria did your physician submit? I have UPMC insurance and I am currently going through the documentation stages to try to get the insurance to approve a panniculectomy.

taking hydrocodone for pain killer I wear my abdominal binder everyday 24 /7 I have a little pain numbness and pins and needles feeling in a little sharp pain but I found out it's because I'm wearing too much restriction on my tummy I got the binder and I have a tank top shaper which I removed and just wear the binder and now I don't have pain much anymore

So far so good!! my advice is to only wear the abdominal binder and do not use any additional shapewear while you're recovering I made that mistake and cause myself more pain so now I just use an abdominal binder life is a much better
