Dr Pearson is beyond great both from a skill and personal perspective. My lips were complex-silicone injections, followed surgical removal, followed by lip lift. Final outcome was small lips that I didn't like. Due to scar tissue, fillers didn't last more than a couple of months and put me at risk of infection. I was miserable and desperate. Having learned my lesson from previous procedures, I chose implants which can be reversed if needed and did very heavy research on the surgeon. I live in DC and had no problems flying to Europe if I had to in order to get the results I wanted. My case was complicated due to my multiple procedure history, so there was no margin for error. Dr Pearson stood out with his credentials and before and after pictures, so I bit the bullet with surgery. He spent a good hour (!) before the surgery examining my lips, looking through inspiration photos, and answering my questions. This is unheard of, I started feeling bad I was taking up so much of his time. I have had a rhinoplasty surgeon spend less total consultation time with me for an actual going under surgery. Procedure was great, Dr Pearson took his time to make sure things were positioned right. The scar tissue was a bit of a challenge. I am now 2 months post op and I LOVE my lip implants. Much more natural than when I had silicone injections and I have bigger lips again!!! Best surgical decision I have ever made hands down (not saying that lightly). I am so used to being underwhelmed by procedures that I am still surprised of how great it turned out. As a bonus, Dr Pearson and his office were in constant contact for the first several weeks (almost daily and including when he was on vacation and I had a question). I like to think I am that special, but I think this is just how they do things, which is incredible! Highly highly recommend! Can't wait to have my facelift with him in 10 years lol!
