Dr. Pearson immediately welcomed me with a warm smile, was incredibly patient with my questions, thoroughly explained his thoughts about the surgery and the outcome, and really listened when I said what I was hoping to achieve from the surgery.
Dr. Pearson was the only doctor I met who used a digital image editing software. He spent a lot of time talking to me and using the program to give me an idea on what my nose could look like. In the end, I felt like Dr. Pearson really understood what I wanted, and I knew he was the right doctor for me.
When I saw my nose for the first time in Dr. Pearson’s office, one week after the procedure, when he took the bandage and splint off, I literally almost cried happy tears. It was such an emotional event because my nose had bothered me so much for so long and seeing what Dr. Pearson had done to change it made me happy but a little emotional at the same time.
It has been two weeks since I had the rhinoplasty procedure, and I could not be happier. Dr. Pearson reduced the size of my nose to make it fit more proportionately to my face without making it look unnatural in anyway. It’s exactly what I wanted.
Dr. Pearson is an amazingly skilled professional surgeon who is also down-to-earth, kind, caring, warm-hearted, and easy to talk to. My experience with the doctor and his staff has been impeccable. They have set the bar very high.
My initial consultation with Dr. Pearson was in March but due to personal scheduling conflicts, I was not able to move forward with the procedure until August. The doctor’s office was very understanding and accommodating. Dr. Pearson’s coordinator did a great job scheduling the pre-op and post-op appointments, other reminders, and handling the financial part.
In this day, customer service is so important and valued. In the plastic surgery medical arena, unfortunately, it doesn’t always feel that way. But Dr. Pearson’s office clearly works together as a team, have great communication, and it’s apparent how much they appreciate and respect their patient’s time.
Throughout this rhinoplasty journey, Dr. Pearson has remained in communication with me. He called or text me each day for the following week after the surgery to see how my recovery was going. My recovery has gone well so I never had very much to report but the few times I had a question, he was always timely and thorough in his response.
Dr. Pearson really cares about his patients. It is clear Dr. Pearson genuinely wants to help people feel better about themselves through his skilled hands and his gentle caring bedside manner.
