I've had other consultations with MDs who've come across arrogant and not personable at all. (Unfortunately I paid $$$ for this consultation.. Big Regret) From day 1, MD Pearson has been patient, attentive and present. He has made sure to understand what "I" wanted the desired result to look like. He always answers all my questions thoroughly and is available to answer questions after the consultations. So far so good!! :)

Why do you feel that you need more removed? I think it looks perfect. You're getting a nice tooth show. Your lips really look gorgeous! I love The fullness of your lips.
Thank you!! Well, the amount of tooth show I see in the first picture is what I want. But in order to get that, I have to take the picture at an angle. :)
All I see in these pics is a pretty girl (who looks 20 years old) with a shorter philtrum and amazingly shaped lips. I understand what you mean about the tooth show. Will your ps do a revision in a couple of months with no charge? Are you up to it again? I have an appointment with my ps in 2 weeks. I'm getting Botox but will be discussing my lip lift. :-). I'm concerned with my upper lip being fuller than the bottom??? I've got some negative comments on RS about this. :-(. Soooooooo I'm going to address it with her then. My nose also has a slight pull to it also.
Yes! I had told Dr Pearson about the amount of tooth show I wanted, but he wanted to be very cautious about taking too much off. He said after 6 months, if I wanted more removed, he would do it free of charge. Really?!?? I think you look beautiful. I love that look - the upper lip bigger than the bottom lip!! I loved how I looked when I was swollen from the procedure. Lol. I'm definitely up to doing it again. In a heart beat! Dr Pearson is AmAZing and I've wanted this procedure for so so long. :) Good luck with your upcoming appointment. I wish the best for you. :) Communication is key.
I guess I'd do it again, if need be! It really was not painful at all. The only discomfort I felt was the numbing shots!!! You'll have to wait 6 months, like he mentioned to you. I'm at the point, too, if she suggests a revision, I'm ON IT!!! She's very conservative and will most likely disagree. But, it's my face and my decision. Xo

Hi, I wondered if u ever got the 2nd lip lift? I just saw your posts. U look great. I know people get fixated on tooth show, but I would be mindful.that the more u lift, the more arching u may get & it can start to look like a frown, even though there is more tooth show. I suppose that is why there are corner lifts too. I also read that operating on scar tissue is a bit riskier than virgin tissue. But that is a technical.issue for your Dr. Your decision. Either way you are lovely & I appreciated your thorough posts.

Post-Op Day 24

Here's a close up of my incision POD 24. I feel comfortable not wearing any makeup when I run errands. I usually wear some concealer if I'm going to see someone I know, who doesn't know I got the procedure done. I visited my dad and step mom 1 week ago, and they didn't even notice anything. I was wearing concealer. I didn't tell my dad I got the procedure done! I'm pretty sure he would ask me if something happened, right? :)
