I had cool sculpting done twice. I spent months with a trainer and watching what I eat and couldn't get rid of "the pooch". I tried cool sculpting and was pleased with the results. The first time I did the procedure I fainted and it hurt a bit. But after 3 weeks my tummy was so flat. I did the procedure for a second time 5 weeks later. Your stomach is huge and bloated for about a week but I felt like I exercised so much it helped me melt the fat away faster. I plan to do this procedure a couple times a year to always keep my tummy flat. It's the best way to get rid of the stubborn fat with out surgery.
