Breast Augmentation with 500cc Implants Without Lift

Walking in every one is very nice , welcoming and knowledgeable, from the reception to the Surgeon.As a healthcare professional myself I would have to say Dr. Shah has amazing bedside manners. He makes you feel comfortable and has a female attendant with him so you feel comfortable. With any procedure one has to have realistic expectations and he overly exceeded mine. Before I went in I had lost a lot of weight and as a result lost a lot of the fullness in my breast. All I wanted was the fullness back and I was realistic about that. He made me aware of my options, which were to have a lift as well as an augumentation for best results. Although I know that was ideal, for the best results I was highly concerned with scaring because I tend to keliod even with scratches. He made me aware of treatment options to address keloids but I was still afraid of them. He then explained to me that without a lift , I would still have some sagging but I would achieve the fullness. This is where my comment about realistic expectations comes in... surgeons can work wonders but please be realistic and follow care instructions so you are not disappointed. I was realistic going in , knowing that I would have fullness but have some sagging. After I expressed knowing that he gave me even more options, instead of going under the muscle if we went sub-glandular we could move the nipple higher as the implant dropped. (Take note of the could) I thought that was brilliant and worth the try even though I only wanted fullness. He also explained that I would have to massage daily to help them get there so we could achieve that goal. (This is where following instructions comes in. You should be responsible for your part after you leave.) Also he explained with the weight of the implants in a few years they wouldn’t be as perky, which I appreciated so I would know what to expect.(Side note depending on the size of your implant do the math and subtract that from your weight when you check it so you don’t think you have gained an odd 2 or 3 lbs... lol you are welcome) I then initiated a plan to give them support daily to help combat that unless I was wearing a revealing dress or top for a night out :) . I had my procedure on August 17 and although I was concerned with the keliods I am amazed by how the insertion site is flawless!!! The stitching must have been impeccable Because our initial plan to treat the scaring with a product you can purchase conveniently at the office (Sientra bioCorneum Plus SPF 30 Silicone Scar Creame) is no longer a concern of mine. I would like to say thank you to the whole team at signature plastic surgery for making this whole process seamless and comfortable for me!
