The care and service of the staff at Signature Plastic Surgery is beyond measure. The customer service is impeccable and they are genuinely concerned and caring. Whether it’s front office or back office the energy is always positive and Uplifting.
Carole is the office manager and she is THE BEST. I had several follow up questions before my augmentation and each time she returned my call and provided impeccable service. She is genuinely concerned with the entire process and makes sure to provide an exceptional experience.
Dr. Shah has gone above and beyond my expectations. First I’ll begin with my daughters surgery. He performed a reduction and the outcome has been phenomenal! The procedure and the end results have far exceeded her expectations.
Dr. Shah performed a breast augmentation on me 3 days ago. His bedside manner is above impeccable. He called me two days pre-op, then the night before the procedure to confirm everything and discuss any last minute concerns. He was thorough with all his instructions. He called me later in the day, post op, to check in. This is almost unheard of nowadays. I had spine surgery previously and my spine surgeon didn’t provide even half as much bedside manner and care that Dr. Shah did. I’m now 3 days post op and almost no pain. I had my follow up appointment today and all is well. Again, Carole came in to check on me and confirm my satisfaction. Then other staff came to check in and offer assistance as well. The service is above and beyond what your expectations are. Although it’s only a few days post op I already love my results. My boyfriend even more so! I had valid concerns prior to surgery but with Dr. Shah’s expertise and recommendations so far it’s been completely successful. And the look I was trying to achieve is already noticeable. I wish the medical field mirrored the standard of care and service from Dr. Shah and his staff. I am excited to see what the results look like in the days to come.
