I went to the Manhattan office for my lipo and fat transfer to the breast consultation. Receptionist (Lizette) was absolutely amazing. She was a rare gem. She was warm, comforting and answered all of my questions from A to Z. I saw Dr. Heller shortly after for my consultation, and he was realistic and ensured me that I would be satisfied. We went over his past work, spoke about everything I expected and lastly pricing. Once that was completed I went to speak with Lizette once again. Although I was ready to leave my deposit she said think about things over the weekend and call me Monday. Over the weekend I thought about everything Dr. Heller and I spoke about, did more extensive research and was confident with my decision to go with Dr. Heller. Surgery Date - 1/27/17 When I arrived at the office I was again greeted by the amazing staff. Lizette and I were communicating often as she made herself available to answer any questions and concerns that I had every step of the way. So it was comforting to see her again the day of surgery. I was prepped, Dr. Heller came in to do the markings, I spoke with anesthesiology and I was ready! I was given my IV and off to plastic surgery land I went!!!! Waking up I was groggy but not in any pain. Staff were very attentive, never rushed me and ensured I was well enough before releasing me. Allure Plastic Surgery was an amazing experience with extremely professional, knowledgeable staff. A clean, warm office and not to mention in my opinion the best Plastic surgeon. Dr. Heller!!!
