Having worked with & for M.D.'s before I am reluctant with their personality. Dr. Richards walked in with a great smile & a desire to be there. When He reached out his hand and gave a firm complete hand shake, I knew right then & there He is the Dr. for me. Even after care was just as good. He is very thorough.
