5 w PO, and still the same.

I have now been wearing silver on my opening wound on the leftie and also under leftie and on rightie this week. When I took them off yesterday as told, it did not smell particularly good, and there was a lot of gunk which where actually pressing out from the patches. I am now sitting in front of my computer, letting it air dry (with a bit of gauze tapet over so the wound does not tuch anything else). Looking back at the pics, it does not seem to be VERY much worse than the last pic from 9th of Nov., thank God, but not better eighter. And some of the other holes seems better, crossing fingers and toes. I am pretty worried on the end result for my nipple, -of course hoping it will not worsen, but allready now you can see that the form will not be very good (not THAT bad, -I can live with it, but still). And the nurses at my hospital, when I tried to mention "scar revision", said "...eh... what do you mean?". Not promising for the mentioned.

One month post op, -and trouble in Paradise!

I was at the hospital, getting my small areas of juckyness cleaned out, and everything was going well. This was only 4 days ago. Yesterday (of course an evening in the weekend, when people have gone home from work) when I was going to change my dressing, THIS (see picks) met me!!! Aaaaahhh, -my leftie is unraveling!! And everything was going relatively well! Pretty depressed now... Gotta get an appointment (hopefully with the wound-ladies at the hospital where I had the operation) first thing tomorrow. :-( :-( :-( PS: I have not had a Manuka-dressing since the hospital visit 4 days ago, -I got a silver dressing for my right breast and some wound gel on my left.

Sorry for the jucky pics, guys..

Took some more pics of my "problem areas" after showering today, -so it is easier to keep track of 'em! But also a pic of my hole new front. If everything goes well, I think I am pretty happy with my new friends!

I had not met this surgeon before the day at my surgery (jump-in-waiting-list), and did not know much about him. But despite the typical "hurry-ness" all public hospital doctors have, I felt that he took care of me and my worries in a very good and trusting manner. He just announced after drawing on me that he wanted to remove what he did. When I asked, -"Woha, will there be anything left?" he answered that I would not be happy with anything less removed. lol. Hope he was right, I am still getting used to my new friends, and do not expect to really see them as they will be before many months (although I will get a good feeling tomorrow, when my bandaid goes off). I rate him as I have experienced him untill now:
