It looks and feels like it did before I had the treatments.

Now, I would recommend saving the money on Exilis and having Lipo done instead.

Do you feel now that this is the 5th treatment you are seeing real results? It looks so in the picture.

Yes, after 5 treatments at 6 months later, I think this is pretty much the permanent result. I am so/so on how happy I am with it - for almost the same amount I could have gotten lipo which would have been more downtime but would have gotten it over with in one treatment instead of hours and hours of back and forth. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

Okay, I see. The problem with the lipo is you have to wear a head brace and it takes 2 weeks to heal. Thats why I was considering the laser. But you are right with the lipo the success rate is much higher. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

26 days post fifth (and last) treatment

26 days post my fifth treatment. The procedure definitely worked, but I think there's something going on with muscle or other tissue making my chin and neck still look larger than I think it should. I'll give it to the end of the summer and I'd r it's still not right, I think I'll consult with at least one PS.

The result is very prominent. But maybe you have a higher expectation. Thank you for sharing...I'm thinking of getting it done too

I think it's better for smaller areas like chin and small love handles. T thanks for the positive comment!

Do you have a recent side view? I am thinking of doing this. Do you feel it worked our do you feel you need something more? My neck area is like yours.

I just posted a recent side view. It now, 6 months later, feels and looks like it did before. I'm now looking for something more, either lipo or a neck lift. Either way, several PS have told me I need to lose about 25 lbs. first.

You might consider Kybella, which is Also much cheaper than liposuction and is indicated for the area under he chin, called the submental fat. You would be an ideal candidate and your previous Exilis treatments will improve the results of he Kybella.

Still not terribly happy with the neck/chin angle. I think the muscles under my chin are oddly shaped, but I'll give it time so I can see the finished product before I decide if I want to have something more invasive done.
