I initially asked my doctor about liposuction, but...
WORTH IT$1,200
I initially asked my doctor about liposuction, but he recommended a series of Exilis treatments instead due to the lower (he said about half) the cost and minimal side effects.
I have had four treatments so far, and his office includes a fifth treatment at no charge, so I've got one more to go.
The first treatment resulted in an almost immediate improvement of about 1/8" (3mm), but the second, third, and fourth treatments took a few days to start showing results.
So far I still have a ridge of fat that's bothering me, but with the fifth treatment still to go, I will wait and see what the final results are.
The chin area can be VERY painful (according to the esthetician who does the treatments, because of the bones which reflect the radio frequency energy), and I recommend taking something to help keep calm down if available.
Overall, I highly recommend at least one treatment to see if you get results. The doctor told me that some people respond differently, depending on age and skin tone primarily, so you won't really know if it will work until you try it.
I plan to post updates a few days after the fifth procedure and again at about a month after, after my final follow-up visit.
Feel free to comment if you have questions and I will do my best to answer.

I had two treatments in January for my jawline and under my chin. It took 3 months before I saw the real difference. I'm very happy with the results and plan to do it again. Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. My doctor said it would be 3-4 months and she was right. But, once the time passed I started getting people asking me if I had lost weight and also commenting that my face/neck looked thinner. Also, my doctor told me that I only needed to do two at a time b/c there's no scientific research that shows there are significant improvements for doing more than two. Anyway, thank you for sharing your pictures. Good luck! :)

Thank you for the encouragement! I guess I am just impatient. I notice it getting smaller every few days but it's in fractions of a millimeter. I am going to the 5th one this afternoon, 24 days after the last one. I will see how it turns out.

Hi there. I too have the dreadful droop. I had 4 treatment of the Exilis instead of lypo that I wanted. I don't see any positive results in this months later. If you any the impact, do the time (and pay the money).
Thanks for the update. When will you be going for your fifth procedure? Let us know how it goes and update with pics, if you'd like.
Thanks for the heads up regarding the pain. Was it extremely painful for you?
