I had a good friend that recommended Dr Talbot to me after loosing 150 lbs with diet and exercise. Dr Talbot was always professional and did a great job. Dr Talbot is very upfront and tells you what you can expect. This is what I look for in a Dr. Dr Talbot never came into the room and acted like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient, he would spend as much time with you as needed.
A Dr's visit doesn't start and end with the Dr. From the time I made my first appointment with Mandy Kelly she would answer my calls and return them if needed promptly. Mandy was very helpful and kept me well informed on what to expect next.
Kayla Weinberg was one of my nurses. Kayla is a very good example of a nurse. I was very nervous during my first visit and she helped me understand everything I would need to know. When I walked into the office to have both of my procedures done it was comforting to me for the first person I saw was Kayla. She will gain your confidence of her knowledge on your first visit.
Cathy Thompson was also one of my nurses. I met Mrs Cathy on my first Post op visit. It will not take you long to figure out she will take good care of you. Mrs Cathy treats you like a person and will pamper you from the time you walk in till you leave.
You could not ask for a better pair of nurses. When you call the office and need to speak to the nurse, usually you are transferred and speak to the nurse promptly . If the nurse is busy you can expect a phone call back very soon within the next few minutes. The nurses always took my questions serious and never acted like I was being a bother no matter how big or small the question.
When you arrive for surgery don't worry about getting there and having hours to wait. You will walk into the office at your appointment time and go straight to surgery. WoW. That helped me. I didn't have to sit on pins and needles in the waiting room for a hour or two. I can't find anything I would change or request if I had to do this over again.
This is the biggest present I ever bought for myself.. $money$ well spent
I have never had as good of a experience with a Dr or set of nurses and staff as I have from Dr Talbot's office. I have no regrets and I would recommend Dr Talbot's office and staff to anyone.
