11months later and very happy with results
WORTH IT
It has been 11 months and I can honestly say it has been completely worth it. This past fall I broke my ankle so I was out of work out commission for a while then the holidays came and I packed on some weight. I started back at the gym and dieting this past 6 weeks and have lost 8lbs so I am happy that I am back where I started weight wise after the surgery. BTW those 8lbs did go to my gut so it does come back if you gain enough weight. Here are some photos I took today.

Yesterday was 6 weeks, i called the dr to see how long I have to wear compression/spanx. He said 4-6 weeks and I could stop. I have continued wearing the ab wrap just because it feels good. I was finding wearing the small spanx was actually making me look worse. I still get swollen by the end of the day, I still have lumpy skin although maybe it's getting better. Really happy with my back.

You are looking so awesome! You're Dr. did a great job. You better wear that bikini this summer (as in now!) because you are definitely bikini ready. I'm happy for you!

You look great!!! I had my eyes done and lipo on Monday and Oh My Goodness I hurt all over!!! I was ok the first day but then I started getting sore in my stomach, then my legs got so sore I can hardly get up and down, then almost every joint in my body became SO sore!! My shoulders, neck, stomach, legs, all of it hurts and the only part that was lipo'd was my stomach!!! Ugh and I have to go back to work July 5!!! And you are still sore 4 weeks later?? I better get my mind right for this, huh?? Glad you are well and looking great!! Maybe this is all worth it?? :)

Tomorrow is 5 weeks
What I realize is that I am not as lumpy in the morning it gets worse by the end of day.

Looking stupid photos I think he gave you a great waist. I don't have one but my sides are very swollen and hurt so I am hoping in the end I will get one

I think the only reason I have a waist right now is because of the extreme swelling in my hips. It wasn't there at first so I looked more boxy. I think that's how it will probably look in the end if I don't get too much scar tissue. But thank you!
Have you tried taking bromelain on an empty stomach
No but I do eat a lot of pineapple
I have. I felt fine. I took it for two weeks, and stopped taking it two days ago. Because it was making my stomach several bloated.
I'm so glad you've posted this information. I've noticed my end of day stomach is different than earlier day stomach. I have a lot of dimpling as well. I have a lot of stretch marks so I assumed I would not have perfection. I think you look great.
I just read your page you are doing great, you are so early in the process so I can tell you the more you do the more you swell even weeks later. My daughter is twelve and had an end of school year party today, 12 kids that came at 11 and left at 7:30. I didn't wear my garment all day because I was running around like crazy and I am paying the price tonight. I think the massages are the best. Good luck I am happy you are doing so well and I will continue to follow your progress
