I had to do a revisionary surgery 6 months after the original surgery because the surgeon forgot to release the muscle on my left side, so that was unfortunate. The left one still sits higher than the right, possibly due to scar tissue from the second surgery. Ultimately I wish I’d gone a little bigger and I wish my breasts weren’t naturally so far-spaced, but I’m happy with my implants!

2 month PO - left still hasn't dropped...
boysaredumbMarch 12, 2018
The implant on my right side dropped about two weeks post-op. It's looked great ever since, even though I had more problems with the scar on that side. The right-side implant is what I want them both to look like...but the left one is refusing to drop. It's driving me absolutely insane. I massage it every day but I've noticed no change. I'm getting really frustrated and worried it won't drop.
Both implants are totally soft now and feel like real breasts. I wish I went just a little bigger, but I still love them! I'd rather have gone too small than too big anyway.
I'm now a 30DD. That sounds huge but it's really not (as you can see from my pictures). It's a great size, because my boobs look proportional and modest in a regular bra, but in a push-up bra I can get way more cleavage. The one thing a boob job can't change is the spacing between the breasts, so I'll never be able to get cleavage that touches, but I'm still happy with mine.
Obviously I've come a long way since my first post, but I'm still really bothered that my left implant hasn't dropped. I just want it to look like the right one, and then I'll be thrilled.

You look great!! So proportionate and they dont over power your tiny frame.
I can't wait for mine to be soft they are still so firm :/ before I had nothing but at least I could dress them up now they just feel stuck on. Push up bras would move nothing together right now. When did yours begin to soften?

Post-op Day 5 (infection??)
boysaredumbJanuary 14, 2018
Things are going pretty well. I get shooting pains from the nerves in my left side but that's the only bad pain anymore. My right side is feeling fine and dropping faster than my left, but they're both still sitting very high.
However, I noticed today that the area with the stitches is a little red and painful. I'm really worried about it getting infected but I've been taking the antibiotics and I'm hoping it'll go away...if not I'll call my doctor tonight or tomorrow.

I also just got BA with 240cc on 1/5. My favorite part so far has been trying on bras like this! :) wishing you speedy healing!

I went to see my doctor last night to get my left nipple incision checked out. There was some green discharge and blood. It wasn’t painful and didn’t seem to have a odor. There was no redness either. It wasn’t anything serious, but he put me on strong antibiotics just in case. Hope yours is nothing serious either. Get well soon!

I had this pain on my left side too and lefty dropped a lot slowlier than the right, makes me think it’s because of some kind of infection... finally it looks like lefty is fine but made me worry a lot. How is yours now?
