25 Year Old 34a/b 350cc? Mentor Implants - London, GB
ORIGINAL POST
Okay so, I originally picked the 275cc round...
$5,200
Okay so, I originally picked the 275cc round mentor implants at my first appointment with my consultant. A really lovely, friendly and helpful lady called Meg who made me feel comfortable and confident!
I tried on various sizes and some away feeling like I'd made the right choice. However, after watching YouTube 'boob journeys' and reading about a lot of ladies experiences the general feedback was that they'd wished they had gone bigger. So after obsessing over the photos I had taken that day with various implants on, I also decided I wanted to go bigger.
My second appointment was with my surgeon, a chilled & laid back guy that my fiancé took an immediate disliking to. I didn't mind that he was relaxed and joking around with me, it made me feel comfortable- however Dillon(said fiancé) felt it was unprofessional (n case anyone gets him and doesn't like that sort of behaviour).
Anyway, I explained I wanted to go a bit bigger than previously discussed and my surgeon agreed that I should. I then showed him my 'wish boob' pintrest board and he was like 'they're way bigger than what you've asked for'. I guess anything of a C for me just seems ginormous!
So I tried them all on again and we decided to order in the 300cc & the 325cc for my surgery day.
Now however, I've had time to stew over the photos and do more research and think a 350cc will give me what I want. I want a solid D or at the most a DD cup.
I'll add photos as I go along and share my boob journey with you girls :) [RS bleep]

Where are you having your surgery? This sizing job is so confusing! I think that you should trust your surgeon on what he feels would best suit your frame but I think you could carry off a 350cc. Are you going under the muscle?
October 1, 2016
Thanks for your input :) So confusing! Some girls my build are getting 300cc-400cc and some look the same!
I'm going with Harley Medical Group and having under the muscle. I've booked in another appointment with my surgeon so we can have another look. I've also got some bare wish boob photos this time instead of bikini ones. What are you getting? X

I'm going with Dr Allen Rezai and having surgery at Welbeck Hospital, he's recommended 325cc or 350cc HP mentor cohesive 2 and has said he thinks the 350cc would look better. It's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other really and we will lose some volume with the under the muscle placement. I've lost a lot of volume from breast feeding, when I first saw him I was completely clueless just booked a consultation and went along with no research and no pics. I've got all my wish pics ready does help and that most of them are his work anyway. I'm so excited now! I can't wait to get some boobies back, they were amazing when I was breast feeding X

I am 5 4 weigh 135 140. I didnt want to go big but im curvy so my dr suggested 350. I wanted 250 275. So we ordered all the above . He tried them all and i ended up with 350. Now at first i cried . They were big a weird shape and a big change . It was a big decision for me to get a ba one i said id never do. Well the swelling has gone down and 350 seems perfect. Now ones 350 and ones 300. Im glad i went with this size not smaller and my dr made a great choice . Hope this helps .

Thank you! Yes it does! My situation is very similar and our stats are almost identical. X

Yes thats what i was thinking. I havent bought bras yet im not sure on what i am now but id say a a big c or probably a small d
October 1, 2016
Ahh really? That's a little smaller than what I was expecting. What back and cup size did you start off as?
October 1, 2016
I had almost nothing. Its smaller than i expected too. Im a 32 a/b but no breast tissue . And the c d is a guess but ya they arent huge but they are big they look nice and who knows could be a solid d lol... im happy with them though if you want a dd and want bigger maybe a little bigger 400 just a tad but not crazy ya know may work
October 1, 2016
I'll have to try on a few bigger ones on in my consultation I think :) I just don't want to be top heavy, easily done at 5"3 :/

I suggest going 325-350! I got 300cc on August 24th and they are perfect and beautiful BUT I wish I went a BIT larger in size, now that I know the recovery wasn't too bad. When I tried on the sizers, the 325 felt so big to me and that's why I chose 300. What you don't realize when you try sizers is of course they feel big compared to what you have. Then you get used to them and they feel a part of your body... and you wish you went bigger.
October 3, 2016
Thank you! I've read that a fair bit, and this website has really given me the confidence to go larger, safe in the knowledge I'll lose some CC when I go under the muscle and that I'll probably want to go bigger anyway!
How active were you after a week? I'm having mine a week before Xmas and might have to go to a dinner...and keep the new boobs a secret.
October 3, 2016
Oh you'll be fine a week after!! It was really only 3 bad days for me, and not even that bad... just discomfort. At the 4/5 day mark, I was driving and shopping and going out to eat. I went to a family BBQ on day 5 and nobody noticed! The annoying part is wearing the compression bra but in the winter it will be no issue for you. Mine was summer and I couldn't wear a tank top as the bra is so high cut in the underarm and chest that it would show! Good luck! I'm excited for you!!
October 3, 2016
PS) I'm a full C with the 300's and I had next to nothing! You'll be a nice D for sure !
October 3, 2016
Oh good :) I know many people go back to work after a week so I was hopeful. That's great then! I hope I'm like you and don't end up in agony.
The more I think about it he more I'm sure about the 350cc xx

Hi, I'm booked for for 11th November in Glasgow with dr Ben chew going for 375cc hp round mentor. Wanted to achieve about D. I've been advise to get 34d sports bra for after surgery. After I agreed on the 375 I wondered if I had made the right decision bur when o spoke to my surgeon he confirmed that it was the most optimal size for my frame. I'm 5.2 weight 8 stone 9 "petite athletix build" I wanted a decent size but didn't want to look stupid. Good luck for your surgery.
October 3, 2016
Whoops sent that too soon-
I'm a whole stone heavier, and I'm going slightly smaller. I am starting to think that I should go bigger. I've got a month until I see my surgeon for the next consultation. Would you say our builds are alike?

Also for UK girls, that front zip sports bra was a recent purchase from primark- £6. I'd annotate the photo but this app is odd and I can't.

Thanks 4 ur reply hun I'm 5.4 9stone 10 but still wanting to loose a few pounds before surgery. My surgeon is Dr Steven thrush he's also with the harley medical group iv have my appointments/ consultations in Bristol. I went back to c him Thursday and have agreed on 425cc hp mentor under the muscle as I really don't want to regret that there not going to be full enough x

October 1, 2016
I've booked another consultation with my surgeon to try on some bigger sizes. I've had a rethink and want to go bigger. I hadn't realised my wish photos were so much bigger than my original choice(300cc)

October 2, 2016
I know when I went for my first consultation my surgeon put sizes in of 325cc and I just say no no as iv looked at so many pics that I like and the implants are around 400cc it's so difficult to make ur final decision. I was in the room with him for nearly an hour deciding between 400cc or 425cc. Iv gone with 425cc no going back now lol x
October 3, 2016
Well I'm now thinking that 350cc might not be big enough! Haha what am I like!
