Saggy Neck Syndrome - London, GB

I am 58 and have had issues with my saggy neck for about 5 years. I have always taken pride in my appearance and the way I dress, but when I looked in the mirror all I saw was a crepey neck and loose jowels. I often wore scarfs to disguise my issues. After much research I came across Dominic Bray's website and the fact that he only undertook facial surgery immediately appealed to me. His website and reviews are totally honest and pictures taken the next day after surgery and throughout the year following surgery were very enlightening and impressive. My consultation with Dominic confirmed he was the right surgeon for me. After listening to my concerns he suggested that I would need to address my mid and lower face as well as my neck to achieve the best result which made complete sense to me. His manner is very relaxed and he put me at ease straight away. On the day of my surgery I checked into a lovely hotel (all booked and arranged on my behalf). The fact that I would not be in a hospital operating theatre, have a general anaesthetic and have drains in my face after surgery, was an absolute plus for me. Throughout my surgery I was calm and relaxed and felt positive throughout. It has been two weeks since my surgery and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I was able to carry on normal activities and go out without feeling self conscious after about a week. Obviously I have had some mild discomfort, bruising and swelling but each day has revealed a new and more youthful me. Dominic describes the surgery and recovery as a journey which is very true. Whilst he has easily knocked 10 years off my face I look completely natural and still look like me only better! My family are absolutely delighted and a couple of friends I have told tell me it looks fantastic. People who do not know I have had surgery have said how well I look and have asked if I have changed my hairstyle maybe!! Just the response I wanted. A special thank you to Lucy and the anaesthetist who was completely charming and made me laugh. The whole team have been fantastic and supportive and I know they are only at the end of a phone if I need to speak to them. Nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend them enough and Dominic is a genius at what he does.
