Chose Dr Allen Rezai for His Expertise in Natural Looking Breast Augmentation. London, GB

So I wanted boobs as long as I can remember, but have always been scared, not of the operation but of how it will look afterwards, I absolutely loath the tennis ball look, I didn’t have much breast tissue to start with and fear of the fake look had really put me off having implants. I turned 35 this year and I thought to myself, enough is enough, it's now or never!

I had spent the last 6 months researching surgeons specialising in the “Natural Look” breast augmentation and that’s how I heard about Dr Allen Rezai. The online reviews and before and after photos of his patients were really helpful.

I had my first consultation with Dr Rezai November last year. I had been to see another PS the week before but the difference between the two consultations were like day and night! At my appointment with the first PS, I felt rushed, he did not even examine me or anything, and he told me I could choose to go in front or behind the muscle!!!! (at this stage I was really confused, was he really going to leave this decision to me? He is the surgeon and he should tell me which option is better for me!) He also said that he would bring few sizes of implants on the day of surgery and he would see which ones he could fit in!!!

After this experience, I was really put off having the procedure, this was my first consultation ever and I thought this was the norm. I decided to go and see Dr Rezai anyway, and not to base my decision on one bad consultation.

And here is where the Night & Day Came in!

At My consultation with Dr Rezai, he went through general information about the procedure, he then examined me and took different measurements, he told me that I should have my implants behind the muscle, but he also did a test called the “pinch test” to show me why. He made sure I understood why he chose a certain implant pocket or incision site or the size range he recommended. He let me try the various implant types and sizes in a bra and a t-shirt, he explained why I couldn’t go any bigger or shouldn’t go any smaller.
I felt I was in capable hands and that I could trust him fully with, probably the biggest decision, I’d had to make to date
I decided there and then that he would be my PS. I saw him one more time for sizing, before having my surgery at Highgate hospital about 8 weeks ago.

My admission time was for 7.30am, I remember arriving half an hour early, couple of people were already sitting in the reception. I was given a form and was asked to check my details and also fill in contact details for my next of kin and the person to contact in case of an emergency. Afterwards I was taken up to my room, it is a big hospital, but from outside it looks like an ordinary detached house. My room was very comfortable, the nurse showed me where everything was, asked me to change into the gown which was laid on the bed and just relax, watch tv and wait for another nurse to come and prepare me for surgery.

After about 30 minutes, there was a knock on the door and Dr Rezai came in, he was as lovely as ever, made me laugh. He drew some marking and wrote the size of implants on each beast, he asked if I had any questions and I didn’t :) I signed some consent forms. He said he would come and see me after the surgery. When left, the anesthetist came, asked few questions. Next the nurse came in, checked my details, took my height and weight, gave me the white underwear and stockings to wear, took my blood pressure, checked for allergies etc... Then I had to wait another 30 minutes, before I walked to the theatre accompanied by the same nurse.

In theatre another nurse took over and asked me to lay down on the operating table, all of a sudden the nerves kicked in... the anesthetist came in and put a needle in my arm, he said the first dose will make you drowsy and injected the first dose... after only couple of seconds I felts sleepy, I said "wow That was quick...", he laughed and asked me to take couple of deep breaths, after 2nd one I was gone...

It felt as if I was asleep for only couple of seconds… before I woke up. I was then taken to my room, felt pretty good, not much pain, just tension over my chest... the nurses at hospital were really lovely and made me feel very comfortable,

Few hours later Dr Rezai came to see me, he said everything had gone well, he gave me some post-op instructions and reminded me that Jayne ( his nurse) would call me every day until I see him again in about a week for my first follow-up appointment.

I took my painkillers for 4days, the 3rd day was worst in terms of pain and discomfort, but from 4th day onwards it just got better. It was very comforting having Jayne call me every day:)

I felt cared for and taken care of at every step of my life changing Journey. Dr Rezai is absolutely incredible, words cannot describe how happy I am with my results, I am only 2 months post-op but already my breasts feel soft and the incisions are barely visible.

I recommend him to anyone who is looking to have Beautiful, Natural Looking Breasts, that’s in proportion to your figure. He has changed my life and boosted my confidence immensely.
He truly is an expert in Natural looking breast augmentation… and in my opinion, He Has Magical Hands! Hahaha….
