I am delighted that I found Dominic. At 50 years old, my self confidence was dented as my jaw line was sagging and my eyes were droopy. I was beginning to experience that "invisibility" that most women fear. Having researched several surgeons, I booked a consultation with him, intending to see at least two others for balance. Do your research and book to see Dominic anyway. As soon as I met him, I knew he was the best I could find. His work speaks for itself. It is subtle and natural but his eye for detail ensures results with which you will be delighted. His transparency convinced me that he had nothing to hide and many clients who are more than happy. In addition, he clearly loves his work and genuinely makes each patient feel that they matter. He suggested a face neck and brow lift, all of which have given me a much fresher appearance, far exceeding my expectations. The procedure itself seemed to take place very quickly and I was in no discomfort knowing I was in the hands of an expert. I was back in the Marylebone Hotel with Lauren who looked after me so well, providing ice and reassurance around the clock. Dominic dropped by during the evening to make sure that all was healing as it should. There have been no complications and although I experienced bruising due to the brow lift, after two weeks, there was very little trace. Seven weeks later, no- one knows that I have had a facelift but several friends have commented on how well I look. I must also mention Lucy, Dominic's right hand woman who is very knowledgeable, wonderfully reassuring and a dazzling beauty. Rebecca, his stunning nurse, was also fantastic and got me ready to face the world the day after the op. I couldn't recommend Dominic and his team more. Aftercare is also a priority with them. Dominic called me at home every day after the op to answer any questions. I followed all instructions to the letter. I couldn't be happier with the results and I no longer feel invisible.

Delighted that everything went so well for you, I had a face and neck lift with Dominic 2 weeks ago. I developed a haematoma just afterwards which slowed my recovery a bit as I had extensive bruising and swelling. I saw Dominic yesterday for a check up, and thanks to his excellent care and support, and several sessions of laser I'm now where I should be at 2 weeks. I am delighted with the results, the only 2 people I've told say I look great.....I haven't yet unveiled my 'new' face to the wider world. Overall I'm very happy....I still look like me, only better :-) A x

So happy that you've had another amazing result with Dominic. I'm just 3 mths post now and couldn't be happier.
The one consistent messages that all Dominic's patients attest to is the brilliant care, before, during and after surgery.
This message comes from every one of Dominic's patients - his aftercare is second to none. He genuinely cares about each and every one of us - something that is rare in this day of patients simply being a number on a surgery roster.
For any of Dominic's prospective patients it's very reassuring which takes away some of the fear and unknown xx

Your post is very encouraging as I am booked for surgery in January with Dominic
May I ask were you ok on your own after initial company for first night with nurse?
I have a friend for that first night in hotel but then after that I'm hoping to cope ok alone?
I'd appreciate your advice...

I had the company of Lauren , a girl recommended to me by Dominics team and after that l was alone for the following 5 nights. Didn't find this a problem at all.
Knowing Dominic or Lucy are on the end of the phone is a comfort. Dominic gives you his mobile number from the start. I had trained myself to sleep on my back propped up before the op so l did sleep thru the night everynight. On the few occasions l woke up l just turned the TV on......Went for walks and spent a little time in the Hotel Cafe watching people pass by. Learned to tie a headscarf in such a way that you were hardly aware of the chinstrap! Only suggestion l have is Don't overdo it, rest up and enjoy the moment of doing nothing if you can..If you are at The Marylebone for more than 1 night make sure you have a room with a bath. I was put in a room with a shower and had to move as a bath is needed if the shower only has a fixed head. I didnt want water cascading down over my head in the beginning. Anyway Lucy soon put this right for me and the room was changed immediately the next day.
Dont hesitate to contact me if you want anymore info [RS bleep]

Just saw your post here Germicidal and also want to reassure you. It would be good if your friend could stay for a couple of nights with you I'd say. But it is the first night which is essential and if a second night just isn't possible then you will manage. You feel a bit vulnerable for first few days though and not only would it add to your feeling of security if you could get your friend to stay a second/third night with you, but for practical reasons, filling up your icebag, getting you your water for your meds, handing you a yoghurt from fridge, all the little things but which you may really appreciate. A good friend who is patient though. My husband certainly got his sleep disturbed first 3-4 nights as I was tossing the v-pillow and then wanted it back an hour later, that kind of thing..but he was an angel and put up with me. Your neck may feel pretty weak first 48 hours and he needed to help me sit up for first 2 days. If a 2 day stay with friend is just not possible, make sure you team up with another facelift 'buddy' who will be checking in with you and on the other end of the phone/email. I teamed up with Sophie and she was such a support for me so I wanted to 'pay it forward' and help someone else. We still all keep in contact and it has greatly enhanced the whole process -for us all transforming what could have been a relatively solitary experience into something 'special'. You will cope alone but be soooo much nicer for you if you have at least one person keeping an extra eye on you, who has also been through it. So reach out to us and we will support you and answer any concerns you may have. Just send a private message if any questions. Best of luck! I'm seeing Dominic 8th of January for my 6 month check. He is wonderful and you will be in the best of hands! x

I was lucky in that I had my mother to help me after a night in the hotel with Lauren. It is serious surgery even though it is under local anaesthetic. You will feel quite depleted of energy and the bruising and swelling can be frightening to a PS virgin. Dominic is very good at keeping in touch and Lucy is also always there. You will be thrilled with the results.
Soph61 , I was thinking exactly the same thing!!
I don't want subtle results and to 'look like me' , or to look 'slightly refreshed, like I ve been on holiday'..
No no no!!
I am 46 but want to look like hot 30 year old :-)
And me too- I want to ether Everyone to notice that I look at least decade younger or No one to recognise me!! :-)
(In a good way , of course).
I am hoping for the magic results from the magical hands..
Seeing Dominic in April for consultation.
Even if he has to make a node of loose skin and tie it above my head..if that will make me look 30 - then I am in!!! :-) :-) :-)
