Dr. Haney seems to forget that when you go in for a "free" consultation that you don't know what all the various vein treatments mean so he tends to look at you like you are an idiot when you ask questions. Be aware that the free consultation costs $324! When I got the first invoice I thought perhaps they were trying to get my insurance to pay and didn't think much of it but when I got the second I realized they wanted me to pay for the free consultation. I thought about calling but knew I would just get a run around so I paid it:/ The only reason I give Dr. Haney 3 stars is that is staff was very polite, knowledgeable and engaging. He should thank them.

I'm sorry to hear there was some confusion when you visited us. Please feel free to come back to visit us if you need treatment, we work with almost all insurances and even offer CareCredit Financing. We refunded your evaluation cost earlier this year because we certainly don't want anyone to feel misled during our process.
