Highly Unprofessional

If I could give this excuse for a medical practitioner a minus score I would. After a hiking accident and 7 hours at the Haney hospital I was referred to Dr. Noland since the baby finger of my left hand got completely messed up. The hospital doctor included in the notes that I am a guitar player and depend on the left fretting hand to play. After a week of hearing nothing I called Dr. Noland's office and left a message also repeating that I'm a guitar player and can't play because of this.. Still nothing. A few days later called and got her assistant who said she was looking at my hospital x rays "right now" and "would get back to me". Another week passed, another call from me but again could only leave a VM. After 5 voice messages and almost 3 months I got nothing from Dr. Noland. No response. Nothing. Zero. Zilch. My hand physiotherapist at PT Health called Dr. Noland after another month and again nothing. It is now over 6 months later and nothing from Dr. Noland. Highly unprofessional from someone who claims to be in the medical profession.
