I have been reading reviews on mommy makeovers, breast lifts, augmentations and tummy tucks and looking at the before & after pics of all you lovely girls and thought I'd share my experience.
As I mentioned in my title, I am very overweight, I have yo-yo'd in weight for 25yrs and have been as low as 120lb which was too thin for my framend I'm now 50lb overweight but seem to stay at this weight. I have wanted a tummy tuck for all of those 25yrs but just didn't have the money to and said I would definitely have it done by the time I'm 50. Now I'm questioning myself "Am I too old to be having all this done? Am I being really selfish spending so much money on looking (and feeling) better?" My husband is being very supportive, initially he didn't want me to get my boobs done....he's never been a fan of fake boobs (as he calls them) but I have shown him some of the reviews on here and he admits that most of them looked natural. I think he's been looking at too many pornstars...lol.
I have 6 sleeps until I have my op on 10th June and have to say I'm getting very nervous now. Surgery should've been done yesterday 3rd but the date was changed by my surgeon and is now in my chosen hospital (closer to home) but last night I just kept thinking "it could've all been over now!". I've had my pre-op checks at both hospitals with conflicting advice which hasn't helped the nerves.
I would love to receive advice from you gorgeous ladies and I'll keep you updated with pics xx
