As far as I'm concerned Dr. Hamori is the Michelangelo of breasts. Due to multiple pregnancies, hence fluctuating breast size, my formerly full B/C breasts had become a deflated sad mess. I did A LOT of research, even canceled a surgery had lined up with another very competent doctor, to finally be confident in moving forward with Dr. Hamori. She understood exactly what I was unhappy with and came up with a plan. Prior to Dr. Hamori, most of the doctors felt I would need a small implant along with a full anchor lift to get a pleasing result. Although I toyed with the idea of implants, I am a worrier, and worried about the long term implications of that, even though the worries are probably unfounded. Upon doing research I came across the hall-findlay technique, a vertical lift pattern that uses a different technique than the standard anchor pattern to lift the breast. Here's a link to a great article that explains it better. http://www.theplasticsurgerychannel.com/2016/09/23/a-breast-lift-that-uses-your-own-breast-tissue-for-volume/ As a bonus, there is no horizontal (smiley) scar under the breast. I did a ton of research and Dr. Hamori is the only Doctor in New England I could find that performs this type of lift on a regular basis. I felt very comfortable with her as she has been performing this procedure for many many years and very rarely does the full anchor, (unless the nipples are pointing to the ground). About a month after my consult with Dr. Hamori I went forward with the mastopexy and almost 4 months later, I could not be happier with the results. My breasts are back! No implants, no horizontal scars! The scars around the nipples are barely noticeable and the vertical scar is fading very nicely. As a bonus, the staff and nurses are very knowledgable and personable. My experience has been fantastic. I only wish I had done it sooner!
