Almost 9 years Post-Op
I'm almost 9 years post op. Still weighing in at 190 lbs. Dumping is now a non-issue. There are still things i can not eat. Pasta and sugar are the main culprits. I tend to stay away from them 350 days a year but there is always those days where i try and sneak some in. Still the best decision i've ever made.
Still dumping aftern 6 years
I am 6+ years post-op and i still experience dumping when i eat certain foods/drinks. Immediately after surgery it felt like almost everything i ate would make me dump but the main reason was i was so used to eating bad foods that it spilled over to my post-op eating habits. After getting sick almost constantly, i learned to change my ways. But every once and again i will tempt myself and sure enough i'll get sick. Its a good thing. Keeps me in line.

6 years post-op
Im fast approaching 6 years post-op and i currently weigh in at 186 lbs. During the year i bounce between 180-190lbs. I still have a ton of energy and i still feel amazing. I have no regrets. Good luck to everyone.
