12 weeks gone and I feel amazing
12 week ago at this time I was in theater having my TT. Today I can say I feel 100% amazing, my life is completely back to normal and other than having an awesome new stomach I have no lasting effects from the operation and I am fully recovered and don't even think about the fact that I had a TT. I am doing 60 sit ups a night and 30 crunches as well as other ab exercises I am walking every day and playing tennis again 3 times a week which I love. I have no pain, and I don"t get any swelling anymore which is just great. But best of all I don't have one single regret for having this life changing operation. I know my results aren't perfect but then I never expected them to be, my surgeon did an amazing job with what he had to work with. I am healthy, happy and confident in the new me. I love my husband, children and wonderful family and friends and I couldn't ask for anything more in life, and I know I have been incredibly lucky through out this journey to have had no complications. I wish any one about to undertake this huge decision all the very best and know that each day just gets better and better

Each week just gets better and better. My abs feel great I am cycling, walking, doing sit ups crunches and planks with no pain or discomfort what so ever and I have hardly any swelling anymore maybe a bit at night if I have had a really active day. I haven't worn any type of cg for nearly 2 weeks now and it feels great especially because we are in the middle of a very hot summer. I am so thrilled with how things have gone since my sx. I know I am one of the very lucky ones and for that i am very grateful. I am loving this summer as for the first time in years I don't have to wear clothes that cover me up because I was ashamed of my body. I feel fit and healthy and fantastic. Best decision EVER.
