Office Review: Terrible Coordinator

My review is based on my conversation through email with the scheduling coordinator name Lindsey. I initially had my consultation over the phone with Dr. Emer’s staff. She recommended I get the halo. Lindsey told me I needed to perform an at-home peel prior to my appointment for the halo. I asked her 4 times to schedule my appointment and she stopped responding to my emails. 

I believe the reason for her behavior was due to the fact that I did not want to purchase a peel they were charging 1300 for when I could buy it through another physician for much cheaper. This put a bad taste in my mouth.

I don’t appreciate being ignored through email; it is considered rude and therefore no longer feels comfortable continuing with my appointment next week. This shows people are only money hungry.
