No Results Just Wasted Money

llins, who informed me that it turns out I actually have "deep melasma" and that's why the laser didn't work. Keep in mind, this was the first time I met or spoke with her. The "deep melasma" possibility was not discussed with me before the procedure, and had I known that could have been the issue, I probably wouldn't have gone through with a $2,000 laser. My results or lack of results were not addressed at all, and I was basically told "that sucks, oh well" by Dr. Collins at the final follow-up. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I felt like there was a lack of communication and accountability from the staff and Dr. Collins. I would not recommend this business at all.
