Did not see any difference

Had my Halo with Nicole .I am a physician and did my due diligence and found Dr. Wilcox office after reading good reviews. However he did not meet with me on the consultation just his Laser aesthetician Nicole (also with good reviews). On the consultation day she was very kind and answered all my questions.On the treatment day ,she left me by myself over an hour sitting with my topical anesthesia on my face although she clearly told me it needs just 40 minutes, I went out and she saw me "Ah you are ready?" I got the feeling that she has forgotten about me. She was under weather and was trying to hide her cough which I found it very unprofessional. She should have called me and reschedule.I think that may have caused her to rush. I do not want to accuse her of any thing, but if everyone says Halo has improved their face and the approval rate is 88% , then how come I have not seen any improvement, not in hyperpigmentation, not in my collagen building or improving in skin tone. There was no after call or any contact . I do not recommend it, or perhaps I did not go to the best place for it?
