Halo for acne scars

I had acne scaring from my teen years and me insistently picking pimples on my skin. I could kick my younger self for the damage I caused. I think they were described as rolling scars. I had some on my cheeks and a pretty significant scar on the tip of my nose. Putting on makeup only accentuated the scars. I have my wedding approaching and wanted them gone for my pictures. I tried microneedling at a spa I will not name and it did absolutely nothing. I noticed no difference to my scars. I felt so disappointed/discouraged. I then went to see a dermatologist because after going off my birth control, my hormonal acne stated to flare a bit. After treating the acne with a series of BBL, I did the halo treatment and the scarring on my nose is basically gone already. I’m jumping for joy! The treatment itself was painless. It’s just right after your skin gets really hot. I used a face ice mask to cool it down. I slept with a few extra pillows to alleviate any swelling which helped but I still had swelling under my eyes and cheeks. The second day post procedure I started my workout routine back up and I really think that helped too with the healing. & just the amount of water I drink per day. I’m on day 4 post the procedure and the only thing left is some of those tiny scabs that look like freckles ha. I was told that pimples may arise post procedure but I haven’t received one and crossing fingers it stays that way! I would absolutely recommend this to ANYONE! I will update with final pics in a week or so. But I’m already very happy on day 4 :)
