72 hours after halo w/ BBL
My swelling has finally started going away. For a minute I figured I was going to be stuck as Franny McFatFace until the end of time! My MENDS are surfacing and I’m dry. Washing my face with Elta MD enzyme wash, applying Alastin rejuvenating nectar and Skinceuticals epidermal repair cream. EltaMD sunblock after.
48 hours post Halo / BBL
48 hours after Halo - redness abating. Swelling is receding. The swelling around my eyes is still pretty pronounced and annoying. I’m tired of looking like a cherubic 8 year old at age 51 but I’ve had fun FaceTiming my mom and giggling over my appearance. When it’s cosmetic - no complaining! Starting to get a little itchy.
24 Hours After Halo W/ BBL
I had an aggressive halo with bbl treatment that focused on areas below the eyes. I have metal plates in my forehead from craniotomy so chose a very light setting in that region, hence why my lower face is much redder and swollen. I hope this swelling subsides! Took Benadryl and Claritin.
