I’m in love with my results, my skin is great and I couldn’t be happier. I am looking forward to having my next BBL in December. My pores are smaller but I do think one more treatment of the Halo will get them where I wish, the BBL I seriously want my entire body done.
BBL/Halo
I have never have any laser or light therapy done before so this was my first time. I did go in knowing there would be some discomfort from the treatment but I feel like the Medspa down played exactly how much discomfort there would be. I turn 37 this November so my biggest concerns were my pores and addressing some rosacea
I chose to have my face, neck and chest done all at once, might as well right? *noooooooo*
Next time I would suggest doing the face separate from the neck and chest, I felt as if I went into a little bit of shock at the end from all the pain and I have a high threshold.
Things needed for recover: 1)ice packs! Go ahead and buy some larger ice packs that are designed for the arms and legs if you decide to have your neck and chest done, otherwise buy ice packs for the face because that first day you are going to need them. The on fire burning sensation is no joke, I went through 3 pairs of ice packs at the office following my procedure and that was just on my face. 2) medical grade foaming cleanser 3)some type of post laser balm/gel for the first few days you need to apply this to help with recovery 4) Aquaphor for the 4th or 5th days because you are going to be flaky 6)Benadryl for after the procedure to help with swelling (it’s going to happen, just be prepared to look like a flounder from Little Mermaid)
