So so SO happy (225, 250cc under muscle)

Havent posted an update in quite a while because it's been pretty uneventful! I love my boobs. This is the first summer I've EVER felt comfortable in my own skin, wearing a bikini. I've gotten so many compliments on my boobs.
I have 0 pain. All of the numbness is gone. It's TRUE when they say 6 days in you will hate them, 6 weeks in you will *like* them and 6 months in you will LOVE them. I am 100% happy I chose to get this done. It is worth every penny. They have dropped into a nice and perky position.
My right is a little bit bigger than the left but it's definitely something only I can notice. It's so fun dressing the girls up in bras. It feels so good to wear summer dresses with NO BRA!?! Never in my life would I have had the confidence before to leave the house without an extremely padded bra.
To anyone considering getting this done... Go for it! Go to a reputable surgeon- even if it's a little pricier - you wont regret it.

Update April 2019!

So! It's been a while. I've been so busy and honestly barely thinking about my boobs, yet it's worth every penny to experience the level of confidence I now have. I now frequent the gym and can wear a sports bra without feeling like a little girl. I can be comfortable at work without annoying push up bras every day - sometimes I go braless with a tank top under my uniform! It's incredibly freeing. I've gone tanning a few times and am just loving the way my body looks for the first time in my life.
I dont have much cleavage, I have a little bit but my boobs dont touch in the middle which is fine by me. I'm just happy to have something where there once was nothing. The modest 250cc implant I chose fits my frame really well and I think any bigger I would have looked too top heavy. Almost all the swelling is gone and I notice they aren't PERFECTLY symmetrical, but honestly what boobs are? I find the differences make them look more natural. My scars are lightening up but you can still see them pretty clearly. I'm ok with it.
A certain bra I wore last week caused me to have some really bad pains in my right breast. It was a normal lightly lined bra? I have no idea why but it hurt so bad I had thought something was wrong - until I stopped wearing the bra and it went away. Weird. I've mostly stuck to sports bras again unless I'm going out- they are so much comfier and I can wear them right to the gym.
They are much softer now (though still a more firm than real breasts - they stay pretty perky and upright when I'm laying down instead of sliding to the sides)
Overall I'm extremely happy, especially with bathing suit season mere weeks away, I would do it again 100% so not much has changed since my last post.

Question

Okay trying to get a squish video to work but it isnt uploading. Frustrating.

Anyways I did have a question. I am around 3 months PO and I notice I still have some swelling in my right breast. I'm not sure if this is something I should be concerned about. My nipple looks a bit swollen when wake up and when I take off my bra. Also when I squeeze it sometimes it feels like theres a clicking inside... like a weird clicking sensation if that makes sense? Almost feels like an air pocket but not?

I havent been massaging them much, only when I take my bra off.

I find its uncomfortable to sleep lying on my right side of my stomach so I usually favor the left. The left I find has no issues at all! Left feels like I didnt even get a boob job- my right is being the stubborn side (though I didnt think I'd be getting side effects for this long)

It's not really painful it just feels... weird. And the swelling worries me. It usually goes down if I massage it for a few minutes.

Overall happy with their position was just wondering if the clicky feeling was normal, and if my right nipple will be slightly stubborn swollen forever.
