VIP Experience

The experience was very good and the services great.
Starting with the first contact, very fast in answering.

Arrival at airport super easy with pickup, very happy with the luxury shuttle bus, nice hotel selection which is also near the clinic.

Surgery without any problems.
Here‘s my only thing they could do better. The team only speaks turkish, they have a translator. But the translator actually never showed up.

After surgery i had an allergic reaction to the aloe vera gel for the donor area, i wasn‘t aware of that before. It startet burning like crazy so i had to wash it down with water.
But with the post op service by whatsapp and my local apothecary we could figure out very fast another cream for better recovery of the donor area.

So far i‘m very happy with the progress, i am also only taking biotin as vitamine and nothing other.
Even though i was afraid in the beginning when the hair started falling out, but it‘s all normal.
Also the clinic gives many information to read and it was all written there.

Also with the post surgery service it works all fine, they ask regularly for pictures to check the progress.

Again, super happy with everything so far.
