True Services to Hair Loss!
A lot of emotions before starting this process and I’m very happy I followed through with Dr. Cinik’s office and team.
I had my procedure done January 2025 and here I sit June 2025 with some amazing results! I’m going to give you a full review of what to expect.
1. I flew in Istanbul and they picked me up from the airport. They provided me perfect (video) instructions of where to go for pickup.
2. I arrived at the clinic first for a few medical test: blood, machine testing (if you are being put to sleep), overall checking your health.
You go through all the pre op procedures: medical, questionnaires, explanation of procedure being done, payments, and seeing Dr. Cinik himself. He reviews all the pictures and starts lining everything up and where they will take grafts. I would ask if you could wash your hair that day after he marks your head.
Note: please ask as many questions as you can. I only asked 1. I felt like I was super prepared because of all the YouTube videos I watched.
3. After my check in my hotel was right behind the clinic which was perfect! I later that day I received my surgery time between 1900-2000.
4. I arrived at my time, staff asked me who I was, my packet was ready and we proceeded to the vehicle for transport to the surgery building. It was only a 15-20 minute drive.
5. Arrived at the surgery clinic, seated in the lobby for maybe 10 minutes and it was time for surgery.
6. They wasted no time and had me prepped and ready within 30 minutes. I was sleep in maybe 15 minutes. I woke up roughly 5-6 hours later for them to finish the hairline.
7. Immediately after surgery they had food ready for me to eat. Note: I wasn’t expecting the food to be great but you are better off eating out after surgery (Hotel) if they have a restaurant.
8. After my surgery they gave me a bag of all the medications needed with the pillow. Note: please follow all the instructions for the medications.
9. That first night I was scared to sleep but the pillow they provided was really solid to use. They send you another notification that night between 1800-1900 of when you be back at the club the next morning.
10. Post op: you arrive at the clinic and they ask for your name. Staff will take you down stairs for your first hair wash/ Laser treatment (if you paid for it), and check the healing process on your scalp.
Note: During this process they will also show you videos on how to take care of your scalp during the first month. Staff will also verbally explain what you need to do during the healing process.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!!
The most critical part of getting a hair transplant are within the first 15 days and until day 30!

11. You sit around in the lobby until they take you to the airport. Of course you can leave your bags, go eat, and return for your departure.
12. When you get home just follow the instructions and practice PATIENCE! PATIENCE! PATIENCE!!!!!
Growing hair is a long process! Think of the top of your head like you are a new born baby. No hair. Then, boom! Hair starts to grow.
It is a long process and you have to practice patience during the entire growth phase! I am currently at 5 months and my hair is still growing.
The staff were professional and great. Dr. Cinik was great but remember to have questions. I really have no complaints. A great experience! I need to return for my free PRP.
