3rd Treatment

This was my 3rd visit. My first was very successful, but my second did not have the results I hoped for, so I went back for a third time to finish off the crown.

The price was very good, so I also got the stem cell treatment.

I started the treatment with two female technicians who were very gentle and took time to communicate and check I was comfortable. Part way through a male technician joined and he was quite rough, moving my head for me rather than asking me to adjust my position (but this could be because he did not speak much English and I do not speak any Turkish). He did not check that the anaesthetic had worked in the area he was implanting, which was very painful and he did not initially stop when I told him. The female technician returned at this point and she stopped him and gave me more anaesthetic. That would be my only negative of the whole experience. Not enough to knock it down a star, but worth mentioning so that the clinic and future customers know that you may need to speak up more clearly if there is something you are are happy about to give them a chance to fix it.
