Horrible - Travelled from London to Istanbul and the Doctor Was Not Available
Wish there was a zero star option.
I travelled from London to Istanbul for a consultation and then an operation, it was all planned with their UK representative (Elif). After reaching the clinic, i was informed that Dr. Serkan is not available, they went for a consultation with some other doctor (a random person). He didn’t even talk to me and hardly spent 5 mins to draw some lines over my head. He didn’t speak to me even when I requested that I want to speak to him, he left.
After that i was left with the translator only who tried to answer my questions based on his general knowledge. Like come on, I have travelled from London to Istanbul to talk to a translator on a hair transplant operation.
They only offered sorry that Dr. Serkan is not available. Such a waste of money, time and energy.
