Trans Woman Delighted by Renewed Hairline

Okay wow, I wasn't going to leave a review until my hair grew in more, but I'm so impressed with the results at 5 months already!

I'm a transgender woman who had some very noticeable dips in my hairline. If I tied my hair back, my hairline looked extremely masculine.

I was taken care of by Dr. Alexander, Linda, Sandy, and Clair. As a trans person, I was treated no differently than I'd expect a cis person to be treated. Everybody was very respectful, friendly, and a delight to be around.

I had FUT with a medium donor area. In all, the whole thing cost me something in the neighbourhood of $12k. The procedure took about 11 hours in total. Hope you've got some wireless earbuds and an audiobook or something. Though they do have a TV with Netflix and whatnot if you get bored. (Pro tip: use 1 earbud at a time, so when your battery dies on one, you can swap out to the other.)

I'll be honest: Recovery was rough. Having to sleep on your back with stitches in the back of your head is extremely difficult (not to mention I'm a side sleeper), and while you're recommended to maybe miss just a few days of work, I was really not feeling great after waking up like 6 times a night to try to adjust my head position. Had I known, I'd probably have taken more time off work to recover.

Once the stitches were out and I was cleared for sleeping on my side again (10 days), I was immediately able to sleep much better.

They will give you a little inflatable neck pillow, but I'd highly recommend just buying a real one, because it's not very comfortable. (Also, apparently if you sleep with your head tilted backward due to the neck pillow, it might make you snore quite loudly, so let this be a warning to you.)

I think that's about all I have to say at the moment. Thank you all so much for my renewed hairline!
