From the first time I contacted smile hair, they were really efficient, went through everythink really clearly, there was a month before I flew out they kept in touch throughout, when I got there transfers were in touch with really easy instructions, then service from the hotel and back every time I visited the clinic, always on time and kept up to date, I was nervous for the procedure as I’m from the uk wasn’t sure about the language barrier but everything was explained to me as I went through it felt really comfortable and it was a really smooth procedure, back home after three days, and really impressed with how smooth they run everything will definitely recommend and go back if I ever need future grafts
