A Great Clinic and Amazing Customer Support Post Operation
About the clinic: The reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am one of the few unlucky ones who had some side effects on the night after the operation. Around 11pm I started having very strong palpitations and pressure spiked - it was the worst sleepless night of my life and there was no one to help. The clinic was closed until the day later and the hotel where I stayed refused, yes refused, to call the ambulance. I then was told this was caused by the doses of adrenalines I had received during the operation, I wasn't told of such side effects.
So now you know - this may happen to you if you are unlucky.
Other than that horrible night, all went ok. The doctors and assitants were very competents. the Patient experience team after the operation have been extremely supportive and always kind and present, always responding quickly to my questions. Especially Feyza, he's been a star.
I'm currently on the 7th month post operation and I am cautiosly happy with the results, my hairline is back and I have a lot of hair growing. I still have 11 months to go to see the full results.
Was it worth it? for now, yes, as it's looking all good so far. To really be sure about this question I will have to wait the full results and maybe another couple of years.
I can recommend this clininc to anyone who is thinking about the transplant, you will find great professionals. My reccomendation however is do not travel alone, it's a proper operation you're about to experience, there could be side effects and you don't want to be alone if you have side effects.
