I would particularly like to highlight my interpreter Kazim, who was far more than a translator: he was a good conversation partner, took the time to explain many things in detail, and also cared about my well-being. One example: when I felt a little cold during the procedure, he spontaneously offered me a blanket without me having to ask – a small gesture with a big impact.
The Elit World Asia Hotel was also a very good choice: a pleasant atmosphere and just the right amount of comfort after a long day.
A practical tip: book checked luggage – otherwise it will be difficult to fit all the items (medications, lotions, shampoo, pillow, hat, etc.) provided by the clinic into carry-on baggage.
Now, 14 days later, the aftercare with Pelin via WhatsApp is just as reliable: very friendly, committed, and always quick to respond.
My conclusion: Excellent! Smile Hair offers a well-thought-out package that not only met but exceeded my expectations. The final result will only be visible in a few months, but based on everything I have experienced so far, I can already highly recommend the clinic with its professional and genuinely caring team.
