I recently visited Smile Hair Clinic for a hair transplant and chose their Platinum package. From beginning to end, the experience was exceptional, and the professionalism of the entire team really stood out. They took care of every detail, making sure I felt comfortable and well-supported throughout.
My parents joined me on the trip, and Smile Hair Clinic took great care of them too. They arranged to drop them off at the hotel just before check-in time, which was a thoughtful gesture we all appreciated. I spent the first few days exploring Istanbul, and on the morning of the procedure, Smile arranged a smooth pickup from my previous hotel, making the process seamless.
The 5-star hotel included in the package was very comfortable and a great place to relax and recover. While it was a bit further from Istanbul’s main attractions, I’d recommend staying closer to the city if you plan to explore before your operation.
The procedure itself was handled with great care. I returned to the clinic the day after the operation for my bandages to be removed and my hair to be washed, and the staff was very thorough in explaining the aftercare steps so I felt confident about my recovery.
Since the operation, Smile Hair Clinic has been in regular contact, checking in on my progress and being available on WhatsApp for any post-op questions. They are attentive without being pushy, never trying to upsell or pressure me to share my experience on social media, which I really appreciated.
Now, I’m in the waiting period to see the results of the surgery, which is the main thing, and I’m hopeful for a great outcome. Overall, I would highly recommend Smile Hair Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant. Their dedication, care, and integrity made the experience positive and reassuring!
