I had a terrible experience with this clinic and would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing them.
My dental treatment was not up to the mark, and on the same day I had a hair transplant, which was handled in an extremely poor way. After the procedure, when I went back to the hotel, I actually fainted. My wife had to call the hotel reception, and shockingly they told her that there was no one available in the clinic and that we would need to call an ambulance to take me to the hospital. For a medical clinic, this is completely unacceptable.
Before starting the journey, the consultant had promised that everything was included, including proper aftercare and post-treatment support. In reality, there was no aftercare at all once the procedure was done. To make matters worse, one of the staff members (a girl whose name I don’t know) was extremely rude when we needed help, yet when it came to selling her products, she suddenly became very polite and eager.
On top of that, I also had a HydroFacial treatment, and it was clear that the staff member did not know how to perform the procedure properly. It was a complete waste of time and money. Honestly, even the most basic services I’ve received in Australia were far better than what we experienced in Turkey at this clinic.
I do want to mention one positive thing: our first interaction with the consultant (a young lady) was very good. She was polite, professional, and helpful, which initially gave us confidence. Unfortunately, the overall service and treatment did not match that first impression.
Looking back, I would suggest that if you are considering such treatments, it is much safer and often cheaper to get them done in your own country. Once you add up flights, accommodation, and the stress of being abroad without proper medical support, it’s simply not worth it. At least in your home country you have proper security, accountability, and medical standards.
Overall, this was one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this clinic at all.
