I Had an Amazing Experience
WORTH IT
I was unsure about hair transplant surgery and Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, but after a lot of research and reviews of hair transplant providers, I decided on the Andersen Center for Hair. The team at Andersen Center for Hair took their time answering my questions and providing me with information to make my decision. There were no high-pressure tactics, and the team was very professional. They provide you with the information and options needed to make your own decision. After my consultations I made the decision to have a hair transplant and PRP treatment before I had extensive hair loss and undergo preventive hair care routine as prescribed by the Andersen team. I view this as a long-term investment in myself.
The Andersen team is extremely easy to contact, and they respond promptly in person to any questions and concerns, which was especially important to me. The entire process is very professional and friendly. All the information I needed pre-post operation was provided by the Andersen team and easy to follow. The procedure itself is outpatient, and there was minimal discomfort if any during the procedure. The days after the procedure the discomfort was very tolerable, and I did not need all the post operative pain medication prescribed. The hardest part for me was not being able to resume my typical training routine for the two weeks post-surgery needed for the transplant to take full root.
My experience with Dr. Wetzel was great, and I highly recommend him if you are considering any hair restoration procedures. Not only is Dr. Wetzel a very highly rated and awarded hair restoration surgeon, but he is very personable, and he personally reached out to me after the procedure to check on me and told me to call or text with any issues or questions. I appreciate the individualized touch provided by Dr. Wetzel and the entire Andersen team. Their customer service is second to none. I am excited to see my hair growth over the year and will follow-up with Dr. Wetzel and team for additional PRP treatments as suggested to help ensure my investment.
