Professional Staff, Smooth Recovery

I recently had a procedure done at Andersen Hair Center back in February at the Alpharetta clinic and wanted to share my experience because I know there are a lot of worries surrounding hair restoration procedures. First, regarding the pain… to tell you the truth that was my main concern. The procedure definitely involved some discomfort at times, but it was honestly much more manageable than I expected. I have had a procedure in the past with another clinic and I can say with confidence that it was much smoother this time around. The staff did a great job making sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and any pain was relatively minimal overall. As for the results, I know some people who are considering this procedure worry that it won’t work. I’m only a couple of months into recovery, so I haven’t seen major growth yet. This is normal however, hair restoration takes time and patience. I never felt misled about the timeline. I’m confident in both the science behind the procedure and the professionalism of the clinic.

What stood out most to me was how positive the overall experience was. Dr. Wetzel and the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. They even let me take a break in the procedure where they even got me food! It was a thoughtful touch that made the long appointment much easier. One thing I especially appreciated was Dr. Wetzel’s honesty and expertise when designing my hairline. I originally wanted a much more aggressive, flat hairline like some kind of video game character. That probably would not have looked natural in the long run. He took the time to explain why a more natural approach would age better and ultimately look more realistic. I’m very grateful he did.

Overall, the clinic, staff, and experience exceeded my expectations.
