It has been about 7 weeks since the procedure, and I am a very satisfied patient of Dr. Wetzell and Anderson Hair. I did a lot of research before taking the plunge, and I can say that I am glad I chose Anderson. They already enjoyed a stellar reputation, and now I know why first-hand. From the initial consultation to the follow up, every step has been professional, comfortable, reassuring, and prompt. The procedure was mostly pain free and Dr. Wetzell and his incredibly friendly staff made it an easy experience. Then the follow up has been top notch. I have been fully informed and educated on everything, which for me, is a big deal—I am having a surgical procedure, and I want to feel confident that I am doing the right thing with the right medical provider. I would without hesitation recommend this clinic and these professionals. Dr. Wetzell has been there every step—from surgery to follow up to responding directly to my email and text questions. I know I made the right call. Now I am waiting to see the results, and it has been smooth sailing so far with progress right where it should be. I had an HUT procedure, and the surgical area is healing quite well. They were able to harvest even more hair than their initial estimate, which is great. I had advanced balding and went into this with realistic expectations, which Dr. Wetzell and his staff understood and supported. There were no outlandish promises—it was measured and reassuring.
