Had Good Expectations - Went Even Better!
First contact went via Whatsapp. They answered fast, friendly and gave a lot of information. The booking went without any trouble.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel had some timing issues (we waited like 20-30 minutes) due to some external people sorting persons depending on the clinic, but that hasn't been the clinic's fault.
The hotel was great and the hair transplant went great. We have been picked up in time, the staff was friendly and did a phenomenal job.
We got food during a 20-minute pause in the surgery and the food was great as well. We got a lot of information verbally on how to deal with the result of the transplantation and also a book with the information very detailed and well sorted - so nothing can possibly go wrong. :)
We could have also booked a translator, but I didn't. The doctor offered me a medication to chill a little better which I accepted and it really was a good decision as the surgery was quite long. Average is like 7-8 hours. The surgery itself was not painful at all. Only the local anastaesia was a little burning but anytime something could hurt at least a little bit the medical assistants have warned me so nothing could catch off guard.
To sum it up it was a really positive experience and like anything went even better than I expected. I can highly recommend!
