Life Changing Transformation at Medlinks
I got my hair transplantation done in Dec 2018 from Dr Pankaj and my decision couldn't have been better. I had been facing the hair loss problem since I was 23 years old and had gone to several clinics for medications for almost 5-6 years. I had a lot of frontal hair loss and it became clear that I would need a hair transplant to fix it and medicines alone won't work.
Research Phase
I researched hair transplant clinics for almost 1-2 years before finalizing the clinic. While I was researching, I came across vinHairTransplant Youtube channel which depicted a guy's hair transplantation journey who had done Hair transplant at Medlinks. That gave me immense confidence in the clinic. Then around the same time, one of my friends who was also dealing with Hair Loss problem recommended Dr Pankaj from Medlinks. His results were very natural and extremely good, so that again increased my trust immensely in the clinic. I consulted top 4-5 hair transplant clinics both in Bangalore and Delhi combined, and decided to go with Medlinks primarily because of the final results that I witnessed both online and of a known friend.
Consultation
I booked my consultation at Medlinks with Dr.Pankaj and flew from Bangalore to Delhi on Dec 1st, 2018. I also researched 2-3 other top clinics in Delhi where I consulted at that time. Dr. Pankaj was very professional and patient with my queries and calmly explained what to expect in a hair transplant surgery, how many FUE grafts I would need (3500 grafts) and some results from his past work. I was very impressed with what Dr Pankaj had delivered in the past because my primary worry was whether the hairline would look artificial, but almost all the results had very natural looking hairlines and had dramatic differences in both volume and hair quality in the before/after pics which felt magical. I decided to undergo the surgery on 19th Dec, 2018.
Day of Surgery
I went along with 2 of my friends to Medlinks in the morning around 11 AM. Blood test was done and Dr. Pankaj drew hairlines on my forehead with a marker, checked and counselled what type of hairline I should get. Then, I was taken to the surgery room and the surgery lasted for 4-5 hours. I should say the surgery wasn’t painful at all, only at the beginning of surgery, anesthesia is given to numb the forehead, and that feels like injections, but after that you don’t feel any pain throughout the surgery. After the surgery, I was given food and instructions to follow to ensure I get the best results which I followed religiously.
Results
The results are extremely good, in fact better than I had expected and I am fully satisfied. Dr. Pankaj is not only a doctor but an artist who knows how to produce awesome natural looking results. Needless to say, the good results have a very positive effect on my outlook towards life and my overall confidence. Thanks Dr. Pankaj and Medlinks team for the life-changing transformation.
