Very kind and professional

I decided to go to Smile Hair Clinic after seeing the results of my brother inlaws hair transplant which was excellent.



I would highly recommend Smile Hair Clinic to anyone wishing to get the procedure, they have been very professional, kind and answered any questions or concerns I had.

They stay in regular contact and explained the entire pre-op process before i arrived in Turkey. When i arrived they arranged transport from the airport to the hotel.



During the operation Dr Azak and all of the staff were very kind and professional, they made sure i was at ease and comfortable, half way through the operation they provided food during a 30 min break which was very much appreciated, after the operation i was provided with a comfortable neck pillow, a carry bag containing lotion and shampoo.

The day after the operation i returned to the clinic for my first wash and change of bandages, the staff gave excellent information on how to care for my transplanted and donor areas.



Overall i am very pleased with Smile Hair Clinic, the facility was extremely clean, the staff spoke very good english and again were very polite and kind. Top class service!
