Very pleasant and professional service, good consultation and care after the procedure. Happy with the results. Hotel, transportation, etc was all included. No pain during the procedure. Only one complaint: I had purchased an expensive laser hat as hair treatment but it is too small for me but the clinic has declined to return it due to me no longer having the original box for the device (everything else was still there, only tested once, clean and new and complete). I wish there would have been an option to test the hat before purchasing it, as it clearly does not fit onto my head. Otherwise again, I can highly recommend the clinic and the overall service and procedure and result.
